They say food runs through the veins of Aristos Papandroulakis, that he was always destined to work in the food industry. There are a number of reasons for this, like spending his childhood at his parent’s restaurant; however one key factor always comes to the fore. He simply loves good food.
In 2003 Aristos established the Aristos Waterfront restaurant in Bunbury Western Australia. It was an instant success due to its location and Aristos’s personal dedication to using only the best quality products. To maintain the restaurants success, Aristos sourced fish directly from local fishermen and it was this interaction that lead Aristos to start a seafood wholesaling business.
In 2004 Aristos Seafood Trading was established specialising in sourcing and supplying bulk seafood products across Australia. Once again this business quickly established itself as a market leader and a trusted name in seafood.
With his restaurant and wholesale business thriving, Aristos once again expanded his business and added Aristos Fish Shop a fresh fish retailer in 2006. This business allowed Aristos to promote and sell the freshest of seafood to a whole new base of customers.
The Aristos Group expanded once again in 2007 when Bunbury Seafoods was opened. This AQIS/HACCP accredited food distribution company allows the Aristos Group to process and deliver the freshest of produce to both Australian and International Restaurants.
The Aristos Group was completed in 2009 when the Aristos Waterfront Rottnest was opened. This restaurant combines fresh seafood produce with the unmatched beauty of Rottnest and has quickly established itself as the finest restaurant on the Island.
In just over seven years the Aristos Group has grown to represent a trusted name in the seafood industry. With everything he does Aristos is determined to ensure that all his customers are able to experience simply the best seafood available and share in his love for good food.
